Florence: Uffizi Gallery ALL Collections Ticket & Audio App

About This Experience

This is a plain reserved-entry ticket to the Uffizi with an audio app for your own phone, sold by ACCORD Italy Smart Tours. On the day you meet a staff member under the statue of Benvenuto Cellini along the loggia in the Piazzale degli Uffizi, collect your ticket, and join the security line. The timed slot gets you past the ticket-buying queue, not past the metal detector, and when the gallery is full even timed-ticket holders wait at the door. Inside you are on your own, with the app as your guide.

It is the standard full Uffizi ticket, so it covers every open room on both floors, including the self-portrait collection in rooms C1 to C5. The words ALL Collections in the listing name describe that ordinary ticket; the museum sells no cheaper partial one. There is no time limit inside and no re-entry, so plan one visit of about two hours for the highlights or three or more for the whole gallery. Backpacks go to the free cloakroom just inside the entrance, water up to 50 cl is allowed, and the route starts with 126 steps up the Grand Ducal Staircase (lifts are available). The museum closes at 6.30 p.m.

It suits visitors who want a fixed entry time and some commentary without paying for a guide. Install the app before you arrive, on Wi-Fi; some travelers report trouble following it without a signal inside. If you would rather have a person explaining the rooms, the Renaissance Masterpieces Guided Tour covers the same highlights with a licensed guide. If cancellation terms matter to you, compare this with the Uffizi Gallery Reserved Entry Ticket and Audioguide first.

Two caveats. The ticket is non-refundable, so be sure of your date, and the Uffizi is closed on Mondays. And the listing's headline from-price is for the audio app alone, with no entry ticket: the option to choose is the Uffizi Timed Ticket with Masterpieces Audio App. Names are checked against ID at the door, so enter each visitor's name exactly as it appears on their passport.

Good to Know & Caveats

  • Non-refundable: the listing offers no cancellation or change once booked.
  • The cheapest option on the listing is the audio app alone and includes no ticket; the entry ticket is the Uffizi Timed Ticket with Masterpieces Audio App option.
  • Tickets are nominal: full names at booking, and ID is checked at the door; a name mismatch means no entry and no refund.
  • Everyone passes the metal detector, reservation or not; the operator puts the security wait at about 10 to 15 minutes at busy times, and staff may hold entry when the gallery is full.
  • Install the app before you arrive, on Wi-Fi; some travelers report it is hard to use inside without a signal.
  • Single entry with no time limit, but no re-entry once you leave; the museum closes at 6.30 p.m. and is shut on Mondays.
  • The listing does not say where or when the Tuscan tastings are handed over; ask the host at the meeting point.

Meeting Point

Varies by option. For the ticket option you meet an operator staff member in front of the entrance, under the statue of Benvenuto Cellini along the loggia in the Piazzale degli Uffizi, to collect your ticket before security. The exact point is confirmed by WhatsApp the day before.

What Travelers Say

Rated 4.3/5 by 7,287 verified GetYourGuide travelers.

Very easy entry, we were allowed to go into the exhibit about 15 minutes earlier than our slated time.

It was ok except for there were too many guide tours going on at the same time.

The UFIZZI experience / tickets were easy to book and entrance was easy to get to ! Only weird thing was that when you return the Audio Guide equipment they should have a quick fast line to do so !!!! You have to be in the same line as all the other ticket holders trying to get in THATS A PAIN !!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the Uffizi All Collections ticket with audio app cost?

The Uffizi Timed Ticket with Masterpieces Audio App option was $31 per adult when we checked in October 2026 for the next available date. The $6 shown as the from-price on the listing is the audio app on its own and includes no entry ticket, so do not book that option expecting to get in.

Does this ticket really skip the line at the Uffizi?

It skips the ticket-buying queue and the ticket-pickup queue, because the host hands you a ticket for a reserved slot. Everyone still goes through the metal detector, and when the gallery is at capacity staff hold new arrivals, timed ticket or not. Reviewers mostly describe entry as quick.

Can I cancel or change the date?

No. This activity is non-refundable, and the museum does not allow a ticket to be transferred to another name. Book it only once your date is fixed, and remember the Uffizi is closed on Mondays, 1 January and 25 December.

How long can I stay, and does the ticket cover the whole museum?

There is no time limit once you are inside, up to the 6.30 p.m. close, but it is a single entry with no re-entry. The ticket is the standard full Uffizi ticket and covers every open room on both floors, including temporary exhibitions and the self-portrait rooms on the first floor.

Is the audio app worth it compared with a plain ticket?

It costs only a little more than the official advance ticket and lets you move at your own pace, which a guided group does not. The trade-off is that you manage the app and earphones yourself, and some travelers found it hard to follow without a signal. If you want someone to explain the rooms, book a guided tour instead.
